Standing
Extend your arms, with your palms down, in front at waist level. Do alternate knee lifts, hitting (or touching) palms to knees.
Seated
Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Extend your arms, with your palms down, in front at shoulder level. Do alternate knee lifts, hitting (or touching) palms to knees.
