Instructions
Standing
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees bent. Extend your arms out in front of your body and pretend to hold a pair of oars. Pull your hands in toward your waist as you extend your legs and jump up. Land in the start position. Repeat the Low Row.
Seated
Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight, with a 30° to 40° forward lean and knees should be directly above your ankles. Extend your arms out in front of your body and pretend to hold a pair of oars. Pull your hands in toward your waist as you bring the torso back sitting straight up. Repeat the Low Row.
