Instructions
Standing
Using both hands, touch your head, shoulders, knees and toes in sequence; then jump up once and raise your hands high above your head. This series makes up one repetition. Repeat.
Seated
Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Using both hands, touch your head, shoulders, knees and toes in sequence, then raise your hands high above your head. This series makes up one repetition. Repeat.
