Instructions

Standing

Stand with legs shoulder-width apart, arms overhead with palms facing up and jump. Each time you jump, pump your arms up and down, using your palms to “raise the roof.”

Seated

Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Reach arms overhead with palms facing up in a pushing upward motion as if you are “raising the roof”.
