Instructions
Standing
Bring your arms up to shoulder height (parallel to the floor), either in front of you or out to the sides. Swing them across your body while twisting the lower body in the opposite direction. Jump while twisting (quarter turn to half turn) in the air. The lower body jumps one way while the upper body twists the opposite way.
Seated
Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Bring your arms up to shoulder height (parallel to the floor), either in front of you or out to the sides. Swing them across your body to one side while twisting the lower body in the opposite direction. Repeat twisting the other way.
