Instructions
Standing
Start by standing with your feet side by side before two-foot jumping in the shape of a box. Start at the top right corner of the “box” and hop sideways to the front left corner. Then jump backward to the left back corner and then sideways to the right back corner. Finally, complete the Box Hop sequence by hopping forward, returning to the top right corner.
Seated
Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Place both feet at the top right corner of the “box” and lift knees slightly to move both feet sideways to the front left corner. Then lift knees slightly to move both feet to the left back corner and then lifting knees slightly to move feet sideways to the right back corner. Finally, complete the Box Hop sequence by similarly moving both feet forward, returning to the top right corner.
