Instructions
Standing
Stand with legs shoulder width apart. Rise up onto your toes, hold for two seconds, then lower your heels so they are flat on the floor. Repeat.
Seated
Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Lift heel and rise up onto toes, hold for two seconds, then lower your heels so they are flat on the floor. Repeat.
