Instructions

Standing

Jump into the air, moving the left foot forward and the right foot backward, landing with both knees slightly bent. As your feet alternate forward and backward while jumping, your opposite arms also alternate forward and backward, in time with your moving feet. For example, when the right foot is forward, the left arm is extended out in front of the body at shoulder level.

Seated

Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Moving the left foot forward and the right foot backward. As your feet alternate forward and backward, your opposite arms also alternate forward and backward, in time with your moving feet. For example, when the right foot is forward, the left arm is extended out in front of the body at shoulder level.
