Instructions
Standing
Lift the left knee and touch it with the right elbow and then lift the right knee and touch it with the left elbow. Left to right then right to left = one repetition. Repeat.
Seated
Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Lift the left knee and touch it with the right elbow and then lift the right knee and touch it with the left elbow. Left to right then right to left = one repetition. Repeat.
