Instructions

Standing

Start with your feet together and jump/bounce up and down on the spot while performing the following sequence with your arms. While jumping/bouncing, punch both arms once straight up above your head. Next, punch once out to the sides. Then punch once down at the sides of your body, and once out to the sides.

Key Phrase: "Punch up, out, down, out.” Repeat the punching sequence while jumping on the spot.

Seated

Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Punch both arms once straight up above your head. Next, punch once out to the sides. Then punch once down at the sides of your body, and once out to the sides.

Key Phrase: "Punch up, out, down, out.” Repeat the punching sequence while jumping on the spot.
