Standing

Punch up toward the ceiling with both fists, once on the left and once on the right. Then punch down toward the ground with both fists, once on the left and once on the right. Repeat this punching sequence while jumping on the spot.

Key Phrase: “Up, up, down, down.”

Seated

Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Punch up toward the ceiling with both fists, once on the left and once on the right. Then punch down toward the ground with both fists, once on the left and once on the right. Repeat this punching sequence.
