Instructions

Standing

Start with feet together and knees slightly bent. Jump and land with knees slightly bent so that your left foot is forward and your right foot is back. Jump again and land with right foot forward and left foot back. Repeat scissor jumps on the spot. Arms are bent and swing slightly back and forth as opposite legs scissor forward and backward.

Seated

Start by sitting with feet together and safely planted on the ground. Back is straight and knees directly above your ankles. Bring your left foot forward and your right foot. Then bring your right foot forward and left foot back. Arms are bent and swing slightly back and forth as opposite legs scissor forward and backward.
