This section includes a series of activity cards for the Junior Division for Winter, Spring, and Fall.
The activities are divided by four categories: Curricular - Physical Education, Daily Physical Activity (DPA), Intramurals, and Recess.

Participants engage in moderate to vigorous physical activity in a winter environment to enhance their fitness and overall health and wellness. Participants reflect on ways to be active in winter and engage others in activity to build a habit of engaging in outdoor activity throughout the year.

Participants engage in moderate to vigorous physical activity in a winter environment to enhance their physical and mental health and wellness.

Participants practice sending and receiving skills and team tactics and strategies while engaging in a territory game in a spring outdoor environment.
Participants practice aim and accuracy while sending an object toward a target in an engaging spring outdoor activity.
Daily Physical Activity (DPA) Cards
Participants find hidden objects, then work cooperatively to build the longest snake they can while trying to beat the timer!
Participants race one another to move pollen from the flowers to their beehive as quickly as possible in a spring outdoor environment.
Intramural Activity Cards
This grounding activity provides participants with the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and focus on finding some quiet time during the day to reduce stress, relax, and refocus.
Recess Activity Cards
Participants play a tag game at recess on a sunny day to engage in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity and enhance their physical and mental health and wellness in a spring environment.
