Lesson 3: Receiving an Object: Skills & Strategies
Learning Goal:
We are learning how to send a variety of objects with control when playing target games alone and/or with others to have fun & success.
Primary Focus:
Send an object with aim and accuracy to a target
Junior & Intermediate Focus:
Continuing the target game progression from Week 2 – Lesson 2, but focusing more on game tactics
Lesson 4: Playing Traditional Target Games
Learning Goal:
We are learning how to apply skills, concepts and strategies when playing target games alone and/or with others to have fun & success.
Primary Focus:
Transferring the skills of aim and accuracy to adapted forms of traditional target games such as: Bocce, Bowling, Golf, Croquet and Wheelchair Curling.
Junior Focus:
Focusing on transferring game tactics to adapted forms of traditional target games such as: Bocce, Bowling, Golf, Croquet and Wheelchair Curling.
Intermediate Focus:
Focusing on transferring game tactics to adapted forms of traditional target games such as: Bocce, Bowling, Croquet, Golf and Wheelchair Curling.
