Ophea’s H&PE Online Learning Resources have been developed to provide educational and development-focused curriculum-linked resources to support educators, parents/caregivers and all students to keep progressing in their learning.
Ophea’s H&PE Online Learning Resources include:
- Ophea Open Class:
- Units 1-3 include recorded demonstration videos with a different lesson, game, or activity from Ophea
- Unit 4 includes a Welcome Back Choice Board
- Activities on topics such as:
- Mindfulness
- Physical activity
- Dance
- Physical activities with math
- Health and financial literacy
- Puberty and health
- Safety Considerations
Please note, resources included as part of H&PE Online Learning were developed in 2020 to support asynchronous learning opportunities in alignment with the government of Ontario’s COVID-19: Health, Safety and Operational Guidance for Schools during the time of development.
